Compliance Positioning
How our training platform generates evidence that supports — but does not constitute — FedRAMP compliance efforts.
Our training platform produces evidence artifacts that can support security awareness and role-based training requirements commonly referenced in FedRAMP authorization packages. These include documented completion records, versioned attestations, and role-specific competency assessments.
We do not claim FedRAMP authorization, certification, or compliance. We do not assert that using our platform satisfies any specific FedRAMP control requirement. Organizations must work with their own 3PAO and authorization bodies to determine compliance.
Timestamped module completion records per user, per role, per course version.
Individual assessment results with question-level detail and pass/fail thresholds.
Date-stamped enrollment records with role designation and organizational affiliation.
Renewal and re-attestation records with version delta documentation.
All training evidence can be exported in structured formats suitable for inclusion in authorization packages. Export formats include PDF evidence bundles, CSV data extracts, and API-accessible JSON records. Each export includes integrity hashes and version metadata.
Training assignments and completion records are organized by organizational role. This allows compliance teams to demonstrate that role-appropriate training has been delivered and assessed — a common expectation in AT (Awareness and Training) control families.
Attestation records include the specific course version completed, assessment version taken, and timestamp of formal attestation. When courses are updated, new version numbers are assigned and prior attestation records are preserved — creating a defensible audit trail.
