All training records, assessment results, and attestation data are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a configurable retention period. Enterprise customers can specify custom data retention policies. Records are encrypted at rest and in transit.

Role-based access controls govern who can view, export, and manage training records. Organizational administrators can manage enrollment, view completion reports, and export evidence. Individual participants can view only their own records. Enterprise plans support SSO/SAML integration and IP-based access restrictions.

Reporting includes individual completion tracking, cohort progress dashboards, organizational rollup reports, and evidence export packages. Reports can be filtered by role, department, course, and date range. Enterprise plans include API access for integrating reporting data into your existing GRC platform.

Enterprise licensing includes custom course development capabilities. Organizations can request sector-specific case studies, branded materials, and custom assessment questions. All customizations maintain the same evidence generation and version control infrastructure. Custom content undergoes the same quality assurance review as standard courses.

Course updates are assigned new version numbers. Prior completion records reference the specific version completed and are permanently retained. Organizations are notified of updates and can choose to require recertification on the new version. Both the old and new version records are maintained for audit purposes.
